Position: RECEPTIONIST

Salary: $18.79 - $23.48 per hour
Hours: 35 HRS PER WEEK
Status: PERMANENT FULL-TIME
The RECEPTIONIST performs a number of clerical activities and functions including and not limited to: greeting and directing patients and visitors; answering, screening and directing telephone calls; maintaining departmental lists and room booking schedules; ordering and maintaining departmental supplies for fax machines, printers, copiers, scanners etc.; ensuring the efficient operation of the department; performing clerical support functions including: word-processing/typing routine correspondence, etc., photocopying; sorting and distributing mail, etc.; providing FAX services; performing cross-functional responsibilities, and other duties consistent with the job classification, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code
