About the Position:

As our receptionist, you truly have your finger on the pulse of the entire brokerage and because of this you are an integral part of what makes us successful! You are responsible for everything that goes on in the front office but some of the key responsibilities are:

  • Opening the office – expectation to be here at least 10 minutes early to get settled and prepared for the day
  • Welcoming Clients (over the phone or in person) – Triage, assist with needs, offer refreshments
  • Data Processing – approximately 4 hours/day
  • Administration – managing vendors, maintaining supplies, couriers, pink cards, certificates, postal service, taking payments etc.
  • Special Projects – organizing events, meetings, annual calendar mail out etc.
  • Creating Documents – Google docs, Excel Spreadsheets, creating fillable forms as needed
  • Our Hours of Operation are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; as a receptionist you would be required to work from the office. Work from home is not an option for this position.
  • Other Responsibilities as required

Qualifications & Skillset Required:

  • No Insurance Experience Required
  • High School Diploma required – Post Secondary an asset
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Customer Service Experience; Hospitality and/or Retail
